About Ana
Ana Nikitovic
Born and raised in Belgrade, Ana Nikitovic found her passion for Pilates at the age of 18. Amidst the dynamic environment of her homeland, she discovered that Pilates provided her with a profound sense of solace and empowerment. This practice helped her develop a deep mind-body connection that she cherished and nurtured through the years.
Driven by her dedication to movement and well-being, Ana pursued extensive training and post-graduate studies to become a certified Pilates instructor. This dedication eventually led her to co-found a Pilates studio during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when many sought ways to stay connected and healthy.
Ana's teaching philosophy centers around empathy, understanding, and a commitment to continual learning. By connecting with clients worldwide, Ana aims to inspire and guide them on their journeys toward resilience and self-discovery through the practice of Pilates.
